Light a Candle
Bill passed beyond our sight February 5, 2013.He was born in Shattuck, OK on July 11, 1934 to C.M. and Vesta Seacat. He grew up in the areas around Billings and Enid, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of Enid High School.
Bill's working life was spent in the lumber, homebuilding, and light commercial building business.
He was the devoted husband of Dorothy Neal Seacat of the home, and the proud father of twin sons Larry Seacat, of Tulsa, OK and Gary Seacat (wife - Melissa), of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by goddaughter Janice Reid of Wichita, KS., and the mother of his sons, Lois Seacat Caillouette. He has four grandchildren; Taylor, Jeff, Sheri, and Brad along with three great grandchildren.
Bill will be remembered for sometimes being overly generous to those around him. His friends and family were often subjected to his ornery antics, but rewarded with gifts of his skills in the kitchen. He was a man among men, yet had a tender spirit for others and a great love for his little dog, Dior.
